Gorgeous morning here.  I just returned from anoter 3.4 mile run/walk.  This time I stopped at the sledding hill on my way and run up and down it once, then continued on my route, and on my way back, I stopped at the hill again and ran up and down it once, then continued home.  WOOHOOO.  I'm sweatin!  Drank a full bottle of water and am on my second now.  I drank a ton yesterday.  
 
Daily points:  22 plus 3 exercice points (25 total)
b-fast:  coffee; yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries mixed in (2pts)
snack:  granny smith apple (1)
lunch:  small baked potato (1); chicken strips (2) salsa (0), 1T sour cream (1), 2T cheese (2)
snack:  granny smith apple (1) 1/4 cup of Colin's yogurt raisins (5!!!  UGH)
dinner:  spinach salad w/chicken strips (2); dressing (2); onion, cucumber (0)
snack:  granny smith apple (1); and am now munching on a bag of the 94% fat free popcorn (4)
I have 1 point left.  I ate 3 apples today.  The yogurt raisins weren't even that good.  I was helping colin with his homework and found myself grabbing a few.  So made myself figure out the points and write them down.  So NOT worth 5 points!  Got my period today as well.
