and good Lord I'm still at it!!!!!!!!!! unreal. Oh well. I got up at 5:30 again this morning. Got on the treadmill and just finished up a 46 minute walk with incline. I walked fast at the lower % inclines, but then put it down slow for the higher ones 10-12%. Man that incline is tough. Oh well, I feel really good and nice to be sweating again. I just need to prove to myself that I can do this for more than 3 days in a row. So the real test will be to see if I am still doing this next week. Today I say YES I will be. So hopefully!
i stopped eating at 7:20 last night. I was in bed by 10:20, but had a hard time falling asleep. I'm not sure when I finally did. I really need this early to bed stuff. I was staying up until 2 a.m. most nights. That is insane! I've read that people who don't get enough sleep tend to be overweight and feel just yuck during the day. that pretty much described me. So anyways -- going to bed early is a huge thing for me. I'm hoping that combined with the exercise and eating well will help me be less cranky. Ya think?
Gotta shower and wake up the family. I do like this quiet time in the morning with no one else up!
32 oz water down. I have to stop at Walgreens on the way to work to pick up my vitamin supplement!!

Update at 7:35 p.m.:
I did stop at Walgreens this morning and bought a bottle of 200 Women's One A Day's. I'm keeping them on my desk at work, so I won't forget to take them.
I'm ending the night at 21 points -- and also stopped eating at 7:15 :-)
I feel like I could go to bed right now! But I'm going to watch American Idol with the kids, then hit the sack.
I stocked up on groceries tonight -- bought Cheerios which have a code in them for 1 month free of Bob's weight loss web site. Figured I'd check it out for a month.
Tomorrow is weigh in -- then not again for 4 weeks!! That is going to be so hard. But darn it I'm going to do this!
