Another good morning here. It sure helps to go to bed at 10! I woke up to my alarm again without hitting snooze. This time I set it for 5:30 so I wasn't rushing. I did 50 minutes on the treadmill: walked 3 minutes; ran fast 1 minute. Repeated that until I hit 4 miles (48 minutes) then cooled down for 2 minutes. 4.08 miles total.
I'm almost done with my first 32 oz bottle of water.
