Goal this week -- continue on with the exercise, continue journaling (the last 2 weeks I have journaled every single day, and that makes a huge difference), drinking water.
Hoping to hit the treadmill this afternoon. Update -- have talked myself out of a workout. I need to take a day off -- I've worked out 19 in a row. Sitting here doing tapes for the lawfirm. Going to take it easy today. Will work out again tomorrow. Can't believe how much I have gone back in forth in my head about doing it today. I think my body will be happy to have the break. Guess I will be digging into my flex points for dinner tonight. Thats ok though.
