The good, the bad and the ugly!

Well I ended up taking 2 days in a row off from exercise. Yesterday after church we thought it would be fun to take the kids out for lunch. We ended up at the Cheesecake Factory -- not the greatest place for someone on WW. I'm sure I've used more flex points than I will get for the next month. Ok confession time is over!!!!!!!!!!!! on to a new week :)

Today is a better day and a new set of points. I went to Bally's and did 20 min stepmill --96 floors, 1.99 mile, 247 cals; 20 min lower body weights; 20 min crosstrainer -- 2.07 miles, 294 cals; and 2 miles treadmill power walk w/incline 303 cals. I focused more on the incline today went up 1/2% every 30 seconds until I was at 15%. Then back down and back up again for mile 2. Great workout!

I've had 1 point so far (coffee). Gotta shower and eat some b-fast.
