Saturday

I got up this morning at 6:20 and headed down to the treadmill. I wanted to get a workout in early today so I wouldn't blow it off. I did a 48 minute power walk w/incline, 3.5 miles, 829 feet (elevation), 570 cals.

Just got back from WW. I lost 2.2 more pounds. That puts me at 11.2 total since November 12. Feels so good to be doing this now, during the holidays.

The lawfirm Christmas party is tonight (my main reason for working out this morning).
