Went to Bally's this morning and did 35 minutes stairmill and lower body weights.
My eating has not been the best this week. I find myself thinking about how I did such a great workout, that I can eat a little more. And then before I know it last night I was digging into the Easter Bunny's stash of candy -- butterfinger eggs. I need to refocus on my goal and get back on track. I seriously need to cut out all sugar.

while it is true that you can eat ALITTLE MORE.. because of the exercise.. that doesnt mean you can eat CRAP!!! stop it with the easter crap!! right now!!!
