b-fast: string cheese (2); coffee (1)
lunch: 2T peanut butter (5) (holy smokes peanut butter is a lot of points!!! and fat!! 17 grams of fat in 2T.) on 2 pieces WW toast (1); and 1/2 banana sliced on top (1). YUM!! A lot of points, but worth it. :-)
been another crazy day. Finally got home and had dinner at 8 p.m.
Dinner: lean cuisine Cheese Ravioli (5)
dessert: WW choc choc chip muffin (3)
