I just finished up another early morning workout. This morning Emma's class is going to see the play The Ugly Duckling at Marquette University. I'm a chaperone. Fun, fun :-)
I got my butt out of bed at 5:40. Hit the snooze at 5:30 and almost stayed in bed. But I couldn't do that -- not after watching the Biggest Loser last night. Man was that close!
I ran/walked 4.12 miles in 45 minutes; 581 cals. WOOOOHOOOO Nice sweaty workout in the zone.
Food Diary:
b-fast: English Muffin w/peanut butter and 1/2 banana on top, coffee w/creamer; Starbuck's grande skim latte
lunch: bowl of chili (i'll be glad when this is done!!! lol - it is good though) and 1 serving goldfish crackers on top.
dinner: chicken/brocolli/cheese bake; 1/2 roll w/butter; H20
snacks: 3 p.m.: a mixture from Buddy Squirrel Nut Shop - it has sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, pistachios. The bag is small -- 4 oz. I had 2 oz of it. Diet Pepsi
8 p.m. WW chocolate chocolate chip muffin
