Earlybird

I was in bed and reading at 10 p.m. last night! Reading The Devil Wears Prada. I was sleeping before 11:15. And I did meet my goal of not eating after 8. WOOHOO.

Later this morning I'm computer helper in the lab for Colin's 3rd grade class. I knew I wouldn't have time for the gym. So I set my alarm for 5:40. Got on the treadmill and power walked w/incline, 3.1 miles. Yay, glad to have it done so early. I've also had 3 bottles of H20.

Food log:
b-fast: string cheese; coffee w/creamer

lunch: bowl of chili; 8 saltine crackers; 1 cup skim milk

dinner: 7 cheese raviolis (1 serving); 1/2 cup prego mushroom sauce. H20

snacks: 8 p.m. -- Weight Watchers Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin

Nothing after 8 p.m.

I want to cry reading this lol. POWER INCLINE.. OMGOMGOMG.. YOU GO GIRL.. you are freaking awesome!! maybe in about 35 more lbs..I can do this..My treadmill almost killed me this morning..lol.and good girl on the water.. and what do you think so far of TDWP?
