Thursday 1/13/05

This morning I was back at Bally's for my workout. I did 22 minutes precor; 20 minutes lower body weights and a few upper body; 15 minutes recumbant bike. I also have an exercise ball here at home -- I did some crunches with my feet on the ball. My abs need some serious attention.
