This morning was my weigh-in: 171.5 (-3 pounds). Obviously this will be a slow process. UGH. But better losing 3 than gaining. I will continue . . .
I went to Bally's: 25 minutes precor; around 30 minutes of upper body weights, abs and a few of my favorite leg machines. 15 minutes recumbent bike. (edited for Tammy!!!)
Clint and I are to a 7:25 movie tonight and then out for appetizers and a drink. We are going to see In Good Company starring Dennis Quaid.
Food journal:
b-fast: yoplait light Very Cherry yogurt; coffee w/creamer
lunch: Lean Cuisine's Spinich & Mushroom pizza. WOW this is really good!!! Diet Dr. Pepper.
dinner: mexican taco soup (very good -- lots of beans which means lots of fiber LOL)
snacks: some of Clint's popcorn at the movie; and some of his NIBS. UGH ok, not so great. And a Diet Dr. Pepper that I snuck in.
Appetizers: cheese quasidila (sp?); chinese tootsie rolls (don't ask -- very good) and 2 Coronas.
H20 -- 4 bottles so far and more throughout the day
