Just finished a 4.10 mile workout on the treadmill. I ran the first two miles in 18:48 (9:24 pace) UGH. Then ran/walked the last 2 miles. Nice and sweaty. I feel pretty cruddy from the late night appetizers and beer. But glad I just worked out. Gotta get showered for Kelly's basketball game.

dinner: baked tostitos w/guacamole

1 glass wine
snacks: peanut butter chewy Dip;
yoplait light apple turnover yogurt
the rest of my Buddy Squirrel nut mix (2 oz)
(Observation -- I'm definately snacking more on Sat. afternoon and thinking about snacks. Feel hungry! No hectic schedule, so time to sit and think about it.)
