Today is my day off of exercise. Here is the ugly rundown of my day so far:
b-fast: scrambled eggs w/cheese; 1/2 cup oj; 1/2 english muffin w/dab of margarine and tsp of jelly
lunch: KFC shredded bbq chicken sandwich; potato wedges; diet pepsi
snack: peanut butter cup (Clint and I split the package -- 1 cup each)
pumpkin seeds
diet dr. pepper
dinner: mexican bean soup
BLT sandwich

ummm not soo good with those potato wedges.. could have made a healthier choice?? sorry .. told you I was gonna be a hard ass about this!!!
