Well it is Saturday night. I didn't work out today. I worked out 6 days in a row, so I don't feel too bad taking one day off. I MUST get on the treadmill tomorrow.
This morning Kelly had a basketball game. Megan (my niece) came with us. I had my coffee and grabbed a string cheese on my way out the door. That was b-fast. Lunch was a Weight Watcher's Santa Fe Rice w/Beans; and a handful of baked tostitoes. YUM.
After lunch my sister Mary picked me up (Megan stayed with the kids) and we took Emma to a b-day party of one of her classmates. Then we headed down to the lakefront to go to Alterra for coffee. I had asked her yesterday if she would go with me. I've been a little stressed out about some school issues Colin is having. Mary is 10 years older than me and has "been there done that" with her 3 kids who are all now in college, so she is a very good person for me to go to with problems. I'm so lucky to have her. We had an awesome chat. Boy parenting can be tough some days. We both had a large skim latee and NO dessert :)
Dinner is basically when I threw all my good work out the window -- not much to eat here. We had a box of assorted appetizers in the freezer, so that is what we had: chicken & cheese quesadilla, cheese quiche, mini cocktail beef franks in puff pastry, and reuben puffs. lol Not exactly health. They were all mini versions and only 6 of each item. So between the three of us, it wasn't so bad. And we threw out all the reuben puffs but the one I ate. Not so great.
We ordered the movie Dodgeball from cable and had micro popcorn and milk duds again.
So, not so great eating day. Tomorrow I will be back on track!! I feel better being honest with myself in this journal. At least if I don't have a big loss -- I won't be saying "but I was sooooo good". lol
