JUST DID IT

Thanks to this BLOG, I made myself get on the treadmill this morning. I was almost willing to talk myself out of it. But knew I would have to come here to admit that. Sooooo -- I JUST DID IT. I did 4.21 miles; 591 calories; 49:08 minutes. I was able to run 2 full miles without interruption, but the last 2 I did run/walking throughout. Then cooled down for 6 minutes. 32 oz of water finished.
Showered and glad I have the rest of the day knowing my workout is done.

Food log: b-fast: whole english muffin with peanut butter and a banana sliced on top; coffee w/creamer. Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken; Diet Pepsi. Snacks: 1/2 c pineapple with 1/2 banana; micropopcorn (mini bag); oatmeal raisin chewy granola bar. Dinner: chili w/saltines.
