Gotta love Monday's -- everyone is back on schedule! I went to Bally's after dropping the kids of at school. 15 minutes recumbant bike; 20 minutes upper body weights; 35 minutes crosstrainer, random hill program, level 6 -- 3.48 miles. 3 bottles of water down.
My goal this week is to follow the Make The Connection step of stopping eating 3 hours before bedtime. And in line with that -- my goal is to be in bed by 11 p.m. No more of this 1:30 a.m., 2 a.m. stuff. It is catching up with me.
Food Journal:
B-fast: string cheese; coffee w/creamer.
Lunch: homemade chili; 8 saltines; H20
5 p.m. snack -- cup of chili
Dinner: Baked cod fillet; small baked potato with dab of butter and 1T of sour cream; green beans; H20
snacks: Weight Watcher's New York Style Cherry Cheesecake
This was a good day for me.
