Today's food journal:
B-fast: coffee w/1T vanilla creamer Snack: 1 string cheese lunch: 1 can Campbell Fiesta Vegetable Soup; 6 saltines Snack: 13 Torgengos chips and salsa; Dinner: 6 oz pork tenderloin; 1 small baked potato with a dab of margarine and 1T of sour cream and salsa; green beans. Snack: 1/2 cup fat free raspberry sherbert. I'm not really sure what plan I'm following. My goal is to eat 3 balanced meals and small snacks during the day. I think this was a good day. I didn't have a decent b-fast though. I went to the gym right after taking the kids to school. Didn't have time for b-fast. Tomorrow I will eat something before I leave the house. I drank a ton of water. Probably over 200 oz! Yikes. I've been peeing all day.
updated: my goal was to stop eating at 8:30 p.m. last night. Well I was up late -- surfing the net (reading all the darned blogs -- boy is that addicting!). I found myself looking around the kitchen. I had a banana with some peanut butter on it. Then a handful of craisins. And then a handful of pumpkin seeds. UGH Wonder what it all means??? LOL I guess I should go to bed before Midnight!!
