The kids are off of school today for Martin Luther King Day. Kelly went to a party with one of her friends. I took Emma and Colin to see Racing Stripes (cute flick) this afternoon. Got home and decided I could do the treadmill while watching Oprah. I did 4.26 miles in 45 minutes (555 calories). Darned good workout. I'm heading upstairs to do some ab work with my exercise ball and then a quick shower before dinner.
b-fast: grapefruit (w/splenda); coffee; grande skim latte
lunch: mexican soup with 9 saltines
snacks at movie: small bag of M&M's; a handful of Colin's chewy sweet tart balls and a couple of Emma's sour worms (what can I say -- I know need to get rid of the sweet tooth!!!) Diet Dr. Pepper
Dinner - chicken breast; 3/4 cup rice; green beans; H20
Snack: cup of sugar free raspberry jello w/cool whip on top.
