Dropped kids off at school and went to Bally's. I did 45 minutes on the precor; 3 sets of 10 on an ab-cruncher machine; 15 minutes arm weights. I had to shower there and be to school by 10:15 to work in the library.
b-fast: 1/2 grapefruit w/splenda; coffee w/creamer
lunch: mexican soup; 9 saltines; diet dr pepper
dinner: baked cod; small baked potato with a little butter and 1T sour cream; green beans; romaine lettuce salad with Light Done Right cucumber ranch dressing.
snacks: string cheese; 1 cup sugar free rasp jello w/lite coolwhip; WW chocolate chocolate chip muffin
I'm happy with my eating choices today.
