Wow


Yesterday was a day “off” from the gym.  I went for a walk at lunch, but that was it. 
This morning we were back at the gym for a good workout.  Still stuck on the treadmill and know I need to do other stuff, but can’t get myself to give up that high calorie burning workout.  Running more, walking less.  Seems to be working.  My scale finally budged below 170’s today.  169.8.  Goal – make it to Monday and still be below 170. 

No complaints from Colin this morning.
