hmmmm well I was 175.4 today. I gained .4. Not surprising -- but still disappointing considering I've run a ton lately on the treadmill. HOWEVER I know the problem, and that is that I've slacked on the tracking since pretty much Thanksgiving until now. Don't feel like my eating has been awful, but I guess I can't half track when I think of it, or when I feel like it. Like Sat. night I didn't track, cuz i had no idea how many points was in a brownie sundae -- and I knew that was way over. So . . . blah blah blah. lol
I'm not making excuses. But imagine that if I track and stay on points all week, and continue my workouts the way they have been, I will see a nice loss next week. That shall be my goal.
