blogging my food this week
Ok so I will blog my points every day this week. Mondays are weird for me. I don't really eat a b-fast because of weigh in. The rest of the week I eat normal stuff like oatmeal. Anyways . . . and usually on Monday's my dinner is bigger. I get 26 points, and today I used 29. I find it damn near impossible to have just 26 points most days. To day I tracked my exercise points and it came out to 9 points! geeze I should be losing. Blah.
b-fast:
Coffee with creamer (1 pt)
grapefruit (0pts)
lunch:
Lean Cuisine tortilla crusted fish 8 pts
Snack:
WW mini chocolate pretzel blast bar 2 pts
Dinner:
3 Cheese Tortellini 1 cup = 8 pts
1/2 cup newman's garden peppers sauce 1
1 slice texas toast = 4 pts
1T fresh shreeded parm = 1 pt
Dessert: WW ice cream bar Cookies & Cream = 4 pts

dont worry about.4.. thats ok!!! coulda been water weight..
