We took yesterday off and slept in until 6:15. That was nice, but honestly I feel better on the days we work out. I have more energy, and I get ready quicker in the morning and I feel good all day.
We went to the gym this morning (#4 in December). I did more running with walking mixed in. I ran/walked 4.54 miles. Great workout.
