Great start to our Friday with a LA Fitness workout -- #5 for December already . Woohooo we are off to a good start . I did 4.56 miles. Feel great. The scale at home has moved out of the 180's. Now my goal is to have a successful weekend and see the same results on Monday at WW.
Clint made me a yummy protein smoothie for b-fast.
Holiday party tonight at a co-worker's house.
