We started a new 15 week session today. I lost 2 pounds -- 186.2. 19.2 lbs gone so far. SLOW!! I lost 3 pounts 2 weeks ago; gained 1.8 back last week; and down 2 more today. crazy.
Feeling good today though. Clint and I are setting a workout goal for the last 2 months of the year. Our goal is to get to the gym 15 times in November. I really want to be in the 170's by the time Christmas rolls around. GOTTA get moving.
