Happy Halloween




Clint and I worked out this morning . . . I watched Biggest Loser last night so was motivated to push myself faster on the treadmill. If over 300 pound people can run with it at 9 mph for 15 seconds, then so can I. And I did :)

Didn't do all that great with points the past week. But do think a week of "being bad" wasn't such a horrible thing. I managed to get it out of my system and am ready for a new week of tracking. Will update later. Tomorrow, November 1, I will be stating my goals for the last two months of 2011.
