I've been very irritable the last few days. I think I can actually finally say it must be hormones! I have an appt in November with my gyno. I'm going to bring this up with her. I just have not felt like myself.
Good thing is that after a quick dinner (vegetable soup), Molly & I went for another 3.4 mile run/walk. Yay we chipped some time off of yesterday's workout.
Today's 3.4 we did in 39:21. Woohooo :) Geeze running really does help after a stressful day. I need to keep doing this!!!!!!!!!!!
