Must go on . . .

I had a great week last week -- worked out 6 days and tracked my points faithfully.  For all that, I lost a total of .2 of a pound -- 192.4. So hard to see that!  I can only think it is because of my time of the month being here.  Still frustrating when you want the scale to move faster.  But I am not going to be discouraged and I'm not going to "give up" --  like I have done so many times in the past.  Tracked my points all day today and tonight after dinner I went for a 3.4 mile walk/run with Molly. :)

I'm down 13 pounds total since July 11.  I'd sure love to be down 13 more pounds in the next 2 months.

We discovered this free book drop off/take a book holder in our park.  Pretty neat!  Now that I have a kindle, I don't read as many real books.  But I sure do have plenty I can drop off.  I need to remember them the next time:


Molly had a lot of fun chasing squirrels -- which made me run even faster. lol
