ugh well this is embarassing, and well, so typical me. My scale was all the way back up to 203.4 this morning. MY GOD! lol WTF? I dunno -- i just really suck at dieting. Clint and I were both way down on Saturday after our 17 miles (of course that is going to be the case). And then this morning we were both way up again. Tammy I guess I should try counting points consistently. I know you are shaking your head and rolling your eyes. lol I just know it -- so don't deny it. lmao

well I believe that your muscles are sore and retaining a ton of water after all that.. its very normal to put on a ton of water weight after a heavy duty work out.. and that my friend was one heavy duty work out!!!
but on the other hand.. YES.. YOU PROBABLY NEED TO COUNT POINTS WOMAN!!! I wasnt rolling my eyes..!! or shaking my head.. - did you read mine? I was up a pound today too... and not sure why .. go figure.
