I'm feeling pretty good this week and just wish friday's FSWI was here. lol
I did a killer workout today at LA Fitness. I ran/walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes. The kick butt part of it was that twice in that workout I ran for 15 seconds at 10 MPH. Actually I sprinted at that speed. Insane. lol That was my attempt at a Biggest Loser Jillian workout -- she is always making them put the speed up extra extra fast. Anyways, great workout. I'm pretty sure the site of a 174 pound 41 year old woman sprinting on the treadmill was quite scary for a few people in the gym. lol
