Tuesday 1/30

I' m finding myself slipping on the 10:00 bed time. Last night I was up until 11:30 watching some of my DVR shows. I need to stay with the 10 o'clock time. I just feel better. But I still got up this morning at 5:30. I did a 46 minutes workout -- walked 2 minutes, ran 1 minute, repeats. 4.10 miles. WOOHOO. I'm feeling really good. I stopped eating at 7 last night. My big treat at night is pineapple and 1/2 banana. No more ice cream and not even going to get started on WW desserts yet.

Is it bad to have too many bananas? Yesterday I had 2 1/2 bananas -- one for b-fast, one for an afteroon snack, and 1/2 of one last night. Not sure why but they taste really good to me lately.

I need to finish getting ready for work.

about the bananas.. not sure? - I dont love them enough to have more than 1-3 a week lol-
