I didn't get into bed until 11 last night and ended up reading until 11:30. Oh well. I still got up right at 5:30 and I just finished up 47 minute power walk on the treadmill. WOOHOO. My plan is pretty much to do the same as last week: 6 workouts; no alcohol; no soda; no eating past 7:30; early to bed, early wake up; and lots of H20.
Tammy I hope you were able to go to your appt this morning. You should be on your way now. Good luck. I'll be waiting all day to get that "all clear" text.
