OMG I feel so good today -- I've filled and drank my 33.8oz bottled water at least 5 times. I've had 6 points so far today. I got home from work and got my workout clothes on right away -- put my dinner in the oven -- and got on the treadmill. I just finished up 46 minutes. WOOOHOOO. 3.3 miles power walk w/incline. Dinner is baked cod, baked potato and green beans. Feels damn good to be back on track!!
One good thing I did today -- this morning I was in the photocopy room at work and there sat a box of bakery chocolate chip cookies! I didn't touch them. OMG who had the nerve to bring those in on January 2. lol Felt so good to not even want them. YUCK! I chewed gum most of the day and drank my water :)
Its almost 9 and I'm at 16 points. I will probably have some fruit. I'm not really hungry. I'm tired from that workout. Thinking I should just go to bed!
