Another good day today --- I'm ending the night at 21 points. After work I came home and we had dinner. Then I got on the treadmill and walk 2 minutes/ran 2 minutes repeated until I hit 4.1 miles. Great workout. I don't really like doing my workouts at night -- I prefer morning, but until I can motivate myself to get up earlier, I'm going to make myself do them at night. I don't want to make excuses. And really there are none. So please remind me if I do start making them.
Lots of water today. I lost count, but I had at least 6 bottles, probably 7.
My good today: was offered cheese cake at lunch today by one of my co-workers. They were all eating it. No thank you! :-)
