The guy that helped me lose weight in 1997 with his book Make the Connection. I watched my DVR'd recording of Oprah yesterday and went to Barnes & Noble and got Bob's new book -- The Best Life Diet and I also got the Best Life Diet Daily Journal. His plan worked really well for me 10 years ago and I know it will help me this time around.
Good things I did yesterday:
(1) Watched Oprah and bought the books;
(2) Went to bed at 10 p.m.
Good things I've done this morning already:
(1) Woke up to my alarm at 5:40 a.m. (did not hit snooze)
(2) Got on the treadmill for 45 minutes 3.65 miles. Walked 6 minutes; then ran 4 minutes -- repeats of that the whole time.
(3) Drank 2 bottles of H20 so far and its just 6:41 :-)
good things rest of day:
(4) drank 4 or 5 more bottles of H20
(5) walked the stairs up to our office today
(6) stopped eating at 8 p.m.
(7) its 8:23 and I"m ready for bed! I will be sleeping by 10.

wow.. holy cow.. thats early!!!- Im pretty darn impressed!! - no way could I get up that early and get on a treadmill.. YOU ARE A MACHINE ONCE AGAIN! GO YOU!!-
