I was in bed at 8 last night. I watched my shows live in my bedroom -- no DVR (that thing is so darned nice!). Men in Trees -- pretty good. Tammy did you hear that there are rumors of Anne Hesche and our Jack having a fling? Hmmmm -- well I guess he would be hard to resist. I was sleeping before 10:30. And I stopped eating at 7:45 last night. Ran a little bit late because our dinner was late. But still almost 3 hours before bed.
Got up at 5:30 -- 45 minutes treadmill -- walked with incline. No running today. My legs are sore this week from all this exercise. I just feel so good. And i WILL continue. This is going to be a good weekend -- food wise. Weekends are my biggest challenge. But I'm determined to not dick around anymore.
32 oz water bottle done.
Kids are off of school today. Kelly is getting her braces on. And its off to work I go.

I love Jack-- yes I heard that.. and looks like E confirmed it.. they have an off air romance! INSANE.. she slept with freaking ellen! yuk! she doesnt deserve jack!! I do!
