I went to the gym this morning -- I did 50 minutes on the treadmill. I didn't feel that great when I was done. I'm pretty sore in the arms from the weights I did on Tuesday. And I just felt kind of light headed. I always seem to go all out when I go to the gym. I think i pushed a little too hard. Anyways, I decided that was enough, and headed home. Tomorrow I'm thinking I will go for walk outdoors. I need to change things up so I don't get bored like I always seem to do. Anyways, the eating is going very well and I feel so much better after 3 days.
