Off to a good start this week with exercise. And this morning I have my WW tracker open and am going to write it before I bite it. I have not done well journaling my food. I'm so UP and DOWN with this shit. Anyways -- Clint and I were up at 5:15 a.m. and went and ran our 3.4 mile route. We ran the whole thing with no walking breaks. We were moving pretty slowly (just under 10 min. mile pace), but it still felt great to be out there.
Yesterday Emma, Kelly and I went for a walk -- I did the 3.4 mile route. The girls walked the first mile with me, then they stopped at the park playground while I went a bit further, then picked them up on my way back.
Today the kids have fun fieldtrips -- it is their last full day of school. Tomorrow they go to church, get their report cards and are done by 9:30.
Emma started swim lessons yesterday. She didn't do so well -- she got out of the pool and wouldn't go back in. UGH! She swims so well at my Mom & Dad's pool. I have resorted to bribing her. We will see how she does this morning. Hopefully she will go in.
