I've let time get away from me and did not get out for a run or walk this morning. I'm picking Emma up in a bit and we are going to Steins to buy some flowers and seeds. She wants to start a vegetable garden. This afternoon Colin has his check-up at Children's. I'm expecting that to all go well -- he hasn't had pain or complaints or any visible problems. So I'm hoping labs look as good as I expect they will.
TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually looking forward to going to WW tomorrow morning. Finally the scale is moving back down.
