What a night. Emma woke up in the middle of the night and ended up in our bed. She started crying that she was "worried" about Bubbles. Bubbles was Kelly's dwarf hamster. Saturday when the kids got home from Grandmas, they found Bubbles laying in her cage, not moving, not breathing. Bubbles bit the dust. Clint and I heard her on her treadmill on Friday night (as we have every night for the last 1.5 years). So sometime between Fri. night and Sat. afternoon, she died. Clint dug a hole and we all went out side and had a little burial for her. Well Emma must have been thinking a lot about this all weekend, and at 3 a.m. was up worrying about her. We finally got her to fall back asleep. Then around 4 a.m. Colin woke up screaming. He had a horrible nightmare that had him completely freaked out. Poor kid. We haven't had a night like that in a long time. Lets just say I value my sleep and am so glad that we are done with the middle of the night baby wakings!
This morning Clint and the kids were back to school and work. I went to Ballys. I got a great cardio workout in: ran 15 minutes treadmill; 3 minute cool down; 30 minutes Precor; 5 minute cool down; lower body weights; then back on the treadmill for a 2.3 mile run. Felt great to be back there.
Points have gone very well the past 2 days. I didn't even use all my flex points over the weekend. I'M BACK :-)
