I love Friday :-) It is nice and sunny out today -- almost feels like spring is around the corner. Emma was irritated with her two playmates yesterday who hung their snowmen on their doors, hoping for more snow. lol She told them she wants to go swimming outside!! She was telling them they shouldn't put them on their doors. So funny. I'm with her!
Went to Bally's this morning -- all cardio workout. 20 minutes stepmill (crosstrainer program levels 7-15). 261 cals, 2.16 miles, 104 floors. TOUGH! Got on the treadmill and ran a quick mile. Then did 40 minutes Precor (crosstrainer 3 program); 3.77 miles, 466 cals. THEN I got back on the treadmill and ran another quick mile. My shirt was drenched when I walked out of there.
Eating light today. Weigh in tomorrow. Colin has his 2 month checkup at Children's today. Of course I'm always nervous about that and anxious to see the labs. He has been feeling great though, so I don't anticipate any problems.
