I went to WW yesterday and was UP 2 pounds.  Not surprising at all.  I didn't journal last week, and was over in points probably every day.  Good wake up call.  I seem to always get to this point in my weight and then have a mental thing with getting the last 10 pounds off.  But I will get through it.
I ran/walked 4.15 miles yesterday on the treadmill.  Then I went on a long walk with Katie and Mary.
