I finally made it down to Bally's this morning.  I did all cardio, no weights.  Next week I need to get back to the weights.  I ran 1 mile (1.20 with cooldown); then 20 minutes stepmill (2.07 miles, 99 floors); then ran 1 mile (1.21 with cooldown); then 35 minutes precor (3.08 miles); then ran another mile (1.20 with cooldown).  WOOHOOO.
