Wed Workout and AF AGAIN!!

Went to Bally's this morning. I did 15 min. stairmill, 1.53 mile, 186 cals, 74 floors; 45 min precor 4 miles, 499 cals; then 18 min. treadmill walk with incline 1.23 miles, 204 cals. I then went to the weight room and did 20 min of upper body weights -- arms, back and ab. I've had 4 bottles of water

My period is back AGAIN!! So not fair. I started tracking my cycle -- appears to be every 3 weeks and 2-3 days.

b-fast: coffee (1); yogurt (1) with sliced up strawberries on top (1)
lunch: lean cuisine beef peppercorn (4)
snack: WW milk chocolate crunch bar (2); honey mustard pretzles (3)
dinner: 7 cheese ravioli (4); 1/4 cup ragu (1); garlic toast (4)
snack: ww chocolate mouse (3)
