Longer TM workout

My calves are hurting again from doing the elliptical yesterday -- did a crosstraining program with the ramp up all the way. Decided to stay here and work out on the TM. I kept the incline at 2-4%. It was a tough workout though. I did a total of 92 minutes. Walked 15 minutes; ran 15 minutes (repeated that 3 times). total miles = 8.51; cals = 1,139 (yowser). I had better have a nice loss this Saturday!!!

b-fast: yogurt (1) w/ fresh strawberries and blueberries (1) grapes (1); coffee (1)
snack: hard boiled egg (2)
lunch: lean cuisine -- shrimp & angel hair pasta (5)
snack: red pepper strips and cucumber (0)
dinner: baked potato (3); margarine (2); salsa (0); chicken strips (2) cheese (2)
snack: blue bunny rootbeer float bar (2)
11 p.m. snack: WW milk choc crunch bar (2)
