Treadmill Tuesday

I will be so glad to go back to the gym tomorrow!! I love my treadmill, but I need to mix it up a bit. I just finished up a 4.30 run/walk. I walked for 2 min. at 4.6 mph, then sprinted for 1 minute at 8.0-9.0 mph (I moved the speed up every 15 seconds). Great sweaty workout. 573 cals.

Need to shower and get ready for Kelly's b-day party. Lots to do before Noon.
