This week has flown by! I went to Bally's this morning. I did 20 min. stairmill, 2.05 miles, 250 cals.; 33 minutes precor 3.14 mils, 390 cals; and then 10 minutes recumbant bike 3.6 miles, 92 cals. Then did lower body weights. Lots of H2O. One of the regulars at the gym commented on my hard work paying off. I always listen to my iPod when I'm there and don't pay much attention to people. But it was nice to get a compliment.
b-fast: hard boiled egg (2); coffee (1); 3 Market Day mini chocolate chip pancakes (2)
lunch: lean cuisine Chicken Teriyaki (5)
snack: 1 serving canned pears (2)
dinner: we went out -- had a BLT sandwich and chips. Not sure of the points. Also a Diet Pepsi.
