Movin Monday

Just got back from Bally's -- I did 45 minutes crosstrainer; 5 minutes treadmill at a 15% incline (I was waiting for someone to get off the stepmill); then 15 minutes stepmill. And then to the weight room for upper body weights.

b-fast: coffee (1); yogurt (1) with 2T granola (2)
snack: 4 wild cherry life savers (1); diet dr pepper (0)
lunch: LC beef portabello (4)
snack: 10 quakes mini rice snacks (ranch flavor) (2)
