Feeling great this morning. Kelly and I went to church last night, so we were able to sleep in this morning. Sleeping in for me isn't that late anymore, but just being able to get up when I wanted, and loung around was so nice!! I also got my workout in already -- I did the treadmill for 45 minutes; walked 2 minutes; sprinted 1 minute (repeated that until done). 4.24 miles, 560 cals. So glad to have it done for the day.
Kelly has a piano competition at UW-Milwaukee this afternoon.  Colin and Clint are going to see 8 Below.
b-fast:  coffee (1); oatmeal (2); skim (1); raisins (1)
lunch:  lean cuisine lasagna bake (5); diet dr pepper
snack:  ranch flavored mini cakes (2)
dinner:  Kelly made Rachel Ray's pepperoni pizza pasta -- I'm not sure of the points, but it is so good and good healthy veggies in it.  I had a big serving of it.  Will count as (10) points just to be safe!! 
snack:  ww ice cream sandwich (2)
